Our undertaking to you

Data security and privacy

Every client accepts this undertaking before entering or uploading any company information on IPO Readiness Checker cum Advisor. Version 2026-09-24.

  1. 1Everything you enter or upload — company details, financial statements, auditor reports and your answers — is used solely to prepare your IPO readiness assessment and to discuss it with you.
  2. 2Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and processed on servers Team Bpro operates in Mumbai, India, and on a Google Workspace account (Drive and Sheets) that files a working copy of every submission, upload and report. Google may process or store that copy outside India as part of its own global infrastructure. Access is limited to the Team Bpro reviewers who prepare your report.
  3. 3We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it to train any AI model. It is shared only with the processors above and, if you pay online, with Razorpay, our payment gateway — which receives your name, email and phone, never your card or bank details. We do not disclose your data to any exchange, regulator, banker or adviser unless you ask us to.
  4. 4You may ask us at any time to correct or delete your data; write to care@bpropms.com. We confirm within seven working days and remove your account, submissions and uploaded statements from our database and file storage within that window. The working copy already filed in Team Bpro’s Google Drive/Sheets is removed by the same team as part of fulfilling your request.
  5. 5The assessment is preliminary and indicative. It is not legal, accounting, tax or investment advice and does not replace due diligence by a SEBI-registered merchant banker, a peer-reviewed auditor or legal counsel.

What we hold, and for how long

Your account details, the answers you give, any statements you upload, the report we prepare, any feedback or help requests you send us, and a log of sign-ins, downloads and submissions. Each entry in that log keeps the time, the IP address it came from, the approximate town or region that address points to (looked up on our own server, not sent to anyone), and the description your browser sends us (which says, for example, that it is Chrome on Windows). We use it to keep your account secure, to email you if it is used somewhere new, and to know which copy of a report went where. If you download a sample report without an account, we record the time, the IP address and the browser, and nothing else. We keep all of this for as long as your account is active, so that a report can be regenerated under the rulebook version it was issued under and so that we can discuss it with you later.

Ask for deletion at any time and we confirm within seven working days: your account, submissions and uploaded statements are removed from our database and file storage within that window, and the working copy already filed in our Google Drive/Sheets is removed by the same team as part of fulfilling the request. We keep only the record that a deletion was requested and carried out.

Visits, links and requests

When you open a page here, the page tells our server which page it was, the site or tagged link that brought you (when your browser says), your IP address, the approximate region it points to, and your browser. We use this only to see how people find and use the site, keep it for about thirteen months, and then delete it. It sets no cookie and uses no outside analytics service: nothing about your visit is sent to Google or anyone else. Your browser also remembers, on your own device for 90 days, the first link that brought you here, and sends it with your sign-up so that we know which channels work; clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it.

If you ask us to email you a sample report or your eligibility-check result, we keep your email address, anything else you choose to give (name, company, WhatsApp number) and what you asked for. We use them to send it, and Team Bpro may contact you once about it. We send occasional updates only if you tick the box for them, and you can ask us to stop, or to delete your details, at any time by writing to care@bpropms.com.

Emails we send

Everything comes from IPO Readiness Advisor <tech@bpropms.com>. We always email you about things you have done or asked for: your account and password, your submission, your report, your payments and our replies to your questions. Beyond those, we may send a few reminders and follow-ups — about an unfinished assessment, and check-ins after your report — never more than one every two days, and only between 9 am and 7 pm India time. Every one of those carries a link to stop them, and you can switch them off from your account page at any time. We never send email on anyone else’s behalf.
